This has been my best experience ever because : My service was on time, I was called by my name, the place was clean and free of drama. My nail tail was gentle with my nails they were very sore and damaged. She offered refreshments and we even had great conversation.i highly recommend this place . And the prices are the best I seen in my 11 years of being in Columbus

I had an amazing experience at Arati’s Nails! Arati is incredibly creative and has such a calm, welcoming presence that makes the whole visit relaxing. She was very patient and accommodating, ensuring I got exactly what I wanted without ever feeling rushed. Her customer service is excellent—she truly listens, cares, and puts her clients first.
